（How do you ship a 80Wh lithium ion battery weighing 15kgG?）

Here is a 80-Wh lithium ion battery but it weighs 15kgG. I want to ship it as Not Restricted under Section II of PI965 but it allows only 10kgG. How can I accept this shipment? Should I ship it on CAO as Class 9 using Section I thence the limit is 35kgG? (29 Oct 10)

The only way to ship it is by CAO using Section I of PI965 as Class 9 fully regulated.
