The 52nd Edition of DGR states in SP A182 that it refers to ?gEquipment containing only Lithium Batteries must be classified as either UN3091 or UN3481?h. However, SP A21 referring to UN3171 Battery powered equipment/vehicles reads ?gThis entry only applies to vehicles and equipment which are powered by wet batteries, sodium batteries or Lithium Batteries and which are transported with these batteries installed?h and appears to be contradicting. Please advise which is correct? (31 Dec 10)
