When shipping UN 3077/UN 3082 as LTD QTY, the quantity shown will be a gross weight figure. Since the net quantity contents cannot be determined, can we take it that the Environmentally Hazardous Substance Mar is unnecessary? (28 Feb 11)

When packing UN 3082 in PI Y964, or when packing UN 3077 in PI Y956, it is not necessary to affix the Environmentally Hazardous Substance Mar .
