As stipulated in DGR 8.1.3.4, the PSN must be preceded by the word ?gWASTE?h and the substance is to be shipped under the same UN number.

In case of UN 3077 Environmentally hazardous substance, solid, n.o.s. (xxxxxx), it would be better to place the word WASTE in the parenthesis before the chemical/technical name, e.g. Environmentally hazardous substance, solid, n.o.s. (Waste xxxxxx) rather than showing the word ?gWaste?h in front of the entire PSN, e.g., Waste Environmentally hazardous substance, solid, n.o.s. (xxxxxx). If In case of UN 1088 Acetal, the DGD will be made as UN 1088 Waste Acetal.
