As stated in TACT Rules 3.9.4, calculate to the third Dec mal place. Ignore the fourth Dec mal place even if the figure is larger than 5. For example, if the calculation results to 5,728.0547 kg, ignore the 7 in the fourth Dec mal place, and truncate the 5,728.054 kg to 5,728.5 kg. For example, if the calculated result is 5,728.0009, you will still ignore the 9 in the fourth Dec mal place and truncate the result as 5,728 kg.
