Hand-outs translated into Japanese are distributed on key issues. All explanations are conducted in Japanese. Exercises and qualification tests are written in both Japanese and English for ease in comprehension. The participant May reply some questions in Japanese if the question is asking for a definition. If the question refers to naming a substance or article, the participant must use the Proper Shipping Name in English as they appear in DGR 4.2 (blue pages).
