Breathing equipment would rather be an expanded interpretation of this paragraph. However, if the airline Dec des that a breathing equipment with a non-spillable battery May be carried under the interpretation of this paragraph, that will be the prerogative of that airline. From a common understanding, such passenger requiring breathing equipment would not be encouraged to travel.
