Q.
We have two shipments that we wish to receive your guidance in completing a Dangerous Goods Declaration.
(1) We have an infectious substance shipment packed in a UN Class 6.2 packaging surrounded by dry ice contained in an overpack as illustrated in Figure 8.1.J. Then 5 identical such overpacks are once agan overpacked onto a pallet to form a skid. How should we show this on the DGD
(2) We have 5 identical APIO such as described as Figure 8.1.G, thence they are overpacked onto a pallet to form an overpack. How should we show this on the DGD

Following will be the way you will make the DGD.
(1) As shown in Figure 8.1.J, you will enter:
Overpack used X 5
Loaded all together on one wooden skid.
(2) As shown in Figure 8.1.G, you will enter:
All packed in one wooden box X 5
Loaded all together in one Overpack.
