We are planning to ship by air, Power Banks with Lithium batteries installed. We are not sure how to enter the net quantity on the Declaration. According to IATA Lithium Battery Guidance document, we are to treat the Power Bank as one unit. We are therefore planning to declare it as UN3480 Lithium ion batteries PI 965. Kindly clarify whether we are to declare the net quantity as the weight of the Power Bank or the net weight of the lithium battery only. Kindly advise.  (28 Feb 21)
