I do understand that Div. 1.3 (REX, RCX, RGX) and Div. 1.4 (RXB, RXC, RXD, RXE, RXG) are permitted on CAO, and Div. 1.4S is permitted on both passenger and cargo aircraft. All other Class 1 are forbidden for transport. But, may I know the reason why other divisions of Class 1 do not have the IMP codes.
As a case, if state authority provide exemption to transport on a civil CAO aircraft, what IMP code should we mention on the NOTOC? (31 Aug 20)

When a substance is forbidden for transport, particularly when an explosive is involved, why would you need to assign an IMP code? When and if a shipper acquires an exemption (DGR 1.2.6), the shipment can be moved as an “exemption” with no need to carry a IMP code.
