DGR 7.1.6.3 states ?gUN 3077 and UN 3082 must be Mar ed with the environmentally hazardous substance Mar with the exception of single packagings and combination packagings where such single packagings or the inner packaging of such combination package have a net quantity of 5L or less for liquids, or a net quantity of 5 kg or less for solids?h. Does this mean that when there are multiple inner packagings inside an outer packaging, if all the inner packgings are within 5L and 5kg, the environmentally hazardous substance Mar is not required? (28 Feb 10)
