We are shipping 1 Litre of UN3082 Environmentally hazardous substance, liquid and 1 Litre of UN1760 Corrosive liquid, n.o.s. in one All Packed in One outer packaging. Since SP A197 applies to 1 Litre of UN3082, we are only declaring UN1670 Corrosive liquid on the Declaration. Is this permissible? (31 Jul 19)

Yes, you are correct. Per DGR 7.1.5.3 Notes. 2 and SP A197, if the quantity is less than 5 Litres, you do not need to follow all the stipulations of the DGR except for DGR 5.0.2.4.1, 5.0.2.6.1.1 and 5.0.2.8.
