The airline is asking to submit a Purge Certificate proving that the vehicle and/or engine had been washed and cleaned and all dangerous substances purged. Where can I get such a certificate? (31 May 19)

Cleaning of engines and vehicles can be done at a licensed automotive garage who will be able to issue a “Purge Certificate”. If the certificate is in Japanese, you will need to attach a correct English translation.
