No. UN 3363 Dangerous Goods in Apparatus may only contain dangerous goods listed in DGR 2.7.2.1. In 2.7.2.1 (c), you will notice that Div. 4.2 spontaneously combustible solids are excluded. This apparatus must be declared as:
UN 2881 Metal catalyst, dry – Div. 4.2 PG II PI 473 CAO
UN 3089 Metal powder, flammable, n.o.s. (Airconium alloy) – Div. 4.1 PG II
