A.
In your question, item ③ Lithium ion and item ⑥ Lithium metal batteries are incorrect. Both PI 967 Section II and PI 970 Section II stipulate that lithium battery mark are needed and therefore insertion of the wording on the AWB is also required. In both Section II it states in item (d) that “marking of packages (7.1.5.5) ” are necessary. In 7.1.5.5, it says lithium battery mark shown in Figure 7.1.C must be applied to all Section II packagings without exception. Therefore, lithium ion battery ③ and lithium metal battery ⑥ do not exist.

Lithium ion battery ① and ② and, lithium metal battery ④ and ⑤ may be packed in the same outer packaging as spelled out in Additional Requirement – Section II of PI 966 and PI 969 with the following precautions.

・All applicable parts of both packing instructions are met. The total weight of lithium batteries contained in any package must not exceed 5kg.
・The AWB must carry the required wordings.

As summary, ①, ②, ④, ⑤ may be packed together but the quantity must not exceed 5kg. ③ and ⑥ are incorrect.
