（When shipping Cattle which Container Requirement should we use?）

We are shipping Cattle. There are two Container Requirements, 3 and 73. Which should we use? (28 Feb 18)
A.
If you are shipping a single animal, use Container Requirement 73. If you are shipping multiple animals, then please use Container Requirement 3.
