We are shipping used engines. The transporting company asked for a Cleaning Certificate. Please advise us where can we find an establishment who will clean the engines and issue a certificate of cleaning? (30 Jun 16)
A.
There is no such a special organization. You can ask an engine related factory or an automotive shop and ask them to clean the engine and issue a certificate. If the certificate is in local language, an accurate English translation must be attached.
