DGR 3.4.2.3.3.3 provides test requirements (a), (b) and (c) for not classifying the substance in Div. 4.2. Please clarify that these tests should be read (a), or (b), or (c) and not (a) and (b) and (c). Please also clarify if (b) is selected, there are 3 tests all of which have to be satisfied if you wish not to be classified as Div. 4.2. (31 Mar 16)

Yes, it is (a) or (b) or (c), and not (a) and (b) and (c). As for (b), you need to satisfy all 3 tests written in (b) to be qualified not to be classified as Div. 4.2.
