From an airport in the States where we operate, we are returning Crew use Oxygen bottles back to Japan. We need to follow US DOT H-224B where the use of a rigid outer packaging that meets specified flame penetration and thermal resistance requirements of HM-224B is mandated. We cannot find this requirement in the IATA DGR. Please advise. (28 Feb 15)
