A non-dangerous article contains less than 1% flammable liquid (Class 3 PG III). The article itself is not flammable. Can this article be shipped as non-dangerous cargo? (31 Dec 14)

If the article is not flammable at all, you may ship the article as “Not Restricted”. It is advisable you show “Not Restricted” on the AWB. If the airline wants to see the MSDS, it will be necessary to show the MSDS.
