Is there a requirement to show UN Test 38.3 data on the MSDS? If the MSDS is obligated to show UN Test 38.3 data, it will simplify counter-checks and facilitate acceptance. (30 Jun 14)
A.
There is no requirement to show UN Test 38.3 data on the MSDS. To check whether the batteries have satisfied UN Test 38.3 under which Revision and Amendment, you ｗｉｌｌ need to check the Test Certificate issued by the manufacturer of the lithium cells/batteries.
