Here is a solid dangerous goods. Is it permissible to pack this solid dangerous goods in a UN single packaging without the letter S? (30 Jun 14)
A.
A single packaging without the letter S stands for a single packaging to contain liquid dangerous goods directly. If solid dangerous goods are to be packed directly into a UN outer packaging, or in inner packaging(s) thence into an outer packaging, the outer packaging in both cases must carry the letter S. Please refer to the second bullet point in DGR 6.0.4.2.1 (e).
