（Is an EHS mark with a red color border line acceptable?）

We received a package marked with an EHS mark with a red color border line. The fish and tree are black on white background. Is this acceptable? Figure 7.1.B shows the border line in black. (30 Apr 14)
A.
Only the color of the fish and tree is regulated to be black on white or suitable contrasting background. The color of the border line is not fixed. It may be black or red in color. Those with a red color border line are labels of the UN GHS (The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals).
