Sometime ago, following directives from the Fair Trade Commission in an attempt to nullify doubts of anti-trust violation, Minimum Charges for cargo originating Japan was deleted from the Minimum Charges section of TACT Rules Book. All minimum charges applicable for a given sector are shown in TACT Rates Books (Red Book and Green Book). You are to refer to the Minimum Charge marked as “M” in each Sector Rate listings.
