UN 1380 Pentaborane is forbidden for transport. A shipper tendered a shipment under the PSN of UN 1992 Flammable liquid, toxic, n.o.s. (Pentaborane mixture). Can we accept this shipment? (31 Mar 13)

No, the shipment is questionable and should not be accepted unless the shipper provides an MSDS certifying that the chemical composition of the mixture is no longer in the Division 4.2 category and not forbidden.
