Q.
The following DG is shown on one AWB. Please advise whether the quantity must be written on the packages?

The dangerous good were
UN1210 Printing ink Class 3 PG III One fibreboard box X 0.4L
Overpack Used X 19
C/No. 1-19
UN1824 Sodium Hydroxide Solution Class 8 PG III 8 fibreboard drums X 2.2L (30 Jun 10)
A.
The last 5 lines of DGR 7.1.5.1 (d): ?gIn case of consignments of multiple packages with identical dangerous goods contents (i.e. each package with same UN number, proper shipping name, packing group, and quantity) this Mar ing is not mandatory.?h

If the above DG were on two Sep rate AWBs, quantity indication on the packages would have been unnecessary. Now since the two DGs are on one single AWB, the packages must carry the quantity indication.
