(Please advise us how to make an ?gAll packed in one?h Dec aration when shipping multiple dangerous goods with Gross Weight indication.)
Q.
All the three substances to be shipped are UN3082 Environmentally hazardous substance, liquid, n.o.s. The quantity is total 0.6 kg G and not 0.6 kg G each, therefore the below illustrated DGD is incorrect. Please show us how must the DGD be made?
A.
In the last paragraph of DGR 8.1.6.9.2 Step 6. (a), the rule states: ?gWhere the letter ?eG?f follows the quantity in Column H, J or L of the List of Dangerous Goods the gross weight of each package must be indicated, rather than the net quantity and the letter ?eG?f must be added following the unit of measurement.?h

It is an error to indicate 0.6 kg G against each entry as then the package will become total 1.8 kg G which is incorrect. Please see the sample shown below for the correct entry. The quantity for each substance is ignored, and the gross weight of the package is entered as a single entry 0.6 kg G following a bracket. You will enter ?gAll packed in one fibreboard box?h below that entry. Since you are putting Class 9 substance in an LTD QTY package, there is no need to do a ?gQ?h?@Calculation?D
