（How should we handle empty RNG/RCL cylinders?）

We have empty cylinders which have contained Helium Refrigerated Liquid UN1963 and some empty cylinders which have contained Helium, compressed UN1046. Are those empty cylinders considered as Dangerous Goods? (30 Sep 10)

Please refer to DGR 5.0.2.13.5.1 and 5.0.2.13.5.2. You will need to clean the empty cylinders thoroughly, thence the empty cylinders can be shipped as ?gNot Restricted?h. Please also refer to DGR 7.1.5.6.1 and 7.2.3.11.1.
