Please explain why there is a finger point Mar on the Mar in along DGR 9.3.8.1.
The language of IATA DGR 9.3.8.1 is exactly identical to ICAO TI 2.7.1 - 2.7.4 and yet there is this Finger Point Mar . (30 Sep 10)

The Finger Point Mar probably has been overlooked. Several years ago, IATA had introduced a more rigid rule than ICAO when the Finger Mar was installed. After years, ICAO adopted the IATA rules and there was no difference any longer.
But removal of the finger Mar was overlooked. Refer to ICAO TI 7.2.2 Chapter 2 Storage and Loading; 2.7 Identification of ULD containing dangerous goods (2.7.1 - 2.7.4)
