There is a finger symbol at 9.3.8.1 ?gIdentification of ULDs containing dangerous goods?h in the 52nd Edition. I checked the ICAO Technical Instructions and the wording is the same. Why is this section Mar ed with a finger symbol? (30 Nov 10)

ICAO only requires the ULD Tag where the hazard labels are not visible. IATA requires the ULD Tag at all times.
