When a shipment consist of both CAO packages and non-CAO packages, is it necessary to use two Sep rate check list forms? (30 Nov 03)
A.
No. One check list is sufficient against one AWB shipment. If necessary, use a Sep rate white sheet of paper and note your findings against each package. The check list form should be entered with the overall findings. For instance, you can Mar against Question No. 24, such as Box #1 PSGR/CGO okay, Box #2 CAO okay.
