For self-reactive substances and organic peroxide not listed in Appendix C-1 and C-2, according to DGR 3.4.1.2.4.1 or 3.5.2.3.1, their classification must be made by the appropriate authority of the Sate of manufacture on the basis of a test report. When shipping such substances, please advise what sort of documents must be attached to the Declaration? (30 Sep 17)

The answer is written in DGR 8.1.6.9.4 Step 9 subparagraph (f) where it says: “a statement to this effect must be indicated on the Shipper’s Declaration. A copy of the classification approval and conditions for transport must be attached to the Shipper’s Declaration.”
