DGR 1.2.11 (b) reads: “lamps containing only gases of Division 2.2 (according to 3.2.2.2) provided they are packed so that the projectile effects of any rupture of the bulbs will be contained in the package” are not subject to these regulations. Does this mean, in addition to the ruptured particles, Div. 2.2 gases must also be contained in the package? (31 Jul 15)
