（Can we overpack multiple shipments under PI 968 Section IB together?）

May we pack 9 or more cells under PI 968 Section IB and 3 or more batteries under the same PI 968 Section IB in one outer packaging? If not, can we place them in one overpack? May we also place other dangerous goods and non-dangerous goods in the same overpack? (31 Jan 13)
A.
Using PI 968 Section IB, 9 or more cells, and 3 or more batteries must be packed in separate outer packagings. You may overpack multiple such outer packaging in the same overpack. As long as they do not react dangerously with each other, you may include other dangerous goods or non-dangerous goods in the same overpack. However, you must not include shipments under Section II in an overpack containing Section IB shipments since the handling procedure is different.
