Permeation Device mentioned in 54th Edition DGR 2.3.5.16 is used for calibrating air quality monitoring equipment and contains a very small quantity of dangerous goods (not more than 2mL). It must fully satisfy Special Provision A41 and is only permitted as checked baggage.
